Stacy Stika has over 15 years of experience in healthcare information technology and security. She currently serves as the CISO and VP of Technology at INTEGRIS Health, the largest healthcare system in Oklahoma. Stacy holds the Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Professional (HCISSP) credential from ISC2 and has expertise in information security, risk assessment, and healthcare information technology (HIT). In her current role, she leads the strategic planning, implementation, and governance of information security and technology services across the organization, ensuring compliance, alignment, and innovation.
Prior to her role at INTEGRIS Health, Stacy was the CISO at John Muir Health, a not-for-profit health system in California, where she helped establish and manage the information security program, policies, and standards. She also worked with various stakeholders to enhance security awareness and culture. Throughout her career, Stacy has held roles such as director, associate director, manager, lead analyst, and analyst at Optum and John Muir Health, supporting aspects of information security, identity and access management, and Epic systems.
