Amber Reeff is an experienced healthcare executive with over 27 years in the industry, specializing in revenue cycle operations. She currently serves as the Vice President of Payer Revenue Management at Cedars-Sinai, building on a strong foundation of leadership in healthcare financial management. Prior to joining Cedars-Sinai, Amber was the Division Vice President of Revenue Cycle for CommonSpirit Health’s Pacific Northwest Division, where she oversaw all revenue cycle functions for both hospital and professional billing across 10 hospitals in Washington and Oregon.

Throughout her career, Amber has led teams in patient access, patient financial services, and revenue cycle optimization, driving operational excellence and improving financial performance. She is a Certified Toyota Production System leader, focused on continuous improvement and innovation within the revenue cycle space. Additionally, Amber has contributed to the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s National Revenue Cycle Advisory Council, demonstrating her commitment to advancing best practices in healthcare finance.

Amber holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a bachelor’s degree in social science from Washington State University. She is dedicated to transforming healthcare organizations through strategic leadership and a patient-first mindset.
