She brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, underpinned by deep knowledge of the U.S. value-based healthcare system. Throughout her career, she has served as a thought leader, change agent, innovation advocate, and effective people manager.

Her work centers on driving outcomes-based results for all partners and stakeholders by shaping business-aligned digital transformation strategies and championing strategic investments in technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), generative AI (GenAI), and virtual reality (VR). She applies a human-centered design thinking approach to ensure that technology enhances the human experience.

With a strong background in PMO leadership, project management, product management, and information technology, Jennifer has worked across nearly every function in the healthcare sector, either directly or in close collaboration.
