Kristin Seubold brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare information technology and is recognized as a dynamic, strategic leader with deep expertise in the implementation and management of electronic health records (EHR). She is passionate about team development and mentoring future leaders, and she possesses a strong understanding of the complexities and opportunities involved in transforming healthcare organizations through EHR systems.

Most recently, Kristin served as the Vice President of Enterprise Application Services at Bozeman Health, where she led a team of 50 professionals supporting the Epic enterprise suite and a wide range of third-party business and clinical applications. Her responsibilities included overseeing complex systems and applications, project management, system selection, and daily operational support. One of her key accomplishments was leading the successful transition from a hosted EHR to a stand-alone system, resulting in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kristin holds a certification in yoga teaching (CYT), a master's degree in healthcare management (MBA), and is currently pursuing a doctorate in leadership studies (PhD).
