With Bill Russell, she traces the path from writing code at IDX in Burlington, Vermont, to CIO of the six-hospital University of Vermont Health system, which went through a cyber attack nearly five years ago. She also lays out what she wants each 229 room to produce: not just a takeaway, but the work itself, like proposed AI contract language. "It is about the relationships," Lori said.
